BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE READ IN FULL
1. Late policy: Arriving on time is crucial for me to perform all of your intended services And to service my following clients on time. I do not have a grace period. Please schedule your appointment for a time that you can arrive on time.
2. Not showing for your appointment on time will forfeit your deposit.
3. Please be sure of the time and date you can arrive to your appointment on time before booking. I can no longer allow clients to rebook and change their appointment dates.
4. Due to space, no extra guests are allowed in the Salon with you. Children and babies are included (see #9)
5. Please do not book for children. I accept clients that are teen age and older (see #9)
6. Accidents happen. Please wear clothes and shoes that’ll be ok in case a color spill or incident were to happen. There will be no reimbursements.
7. If you arrive to your appointment with severely tangled hair there is an additional charge for me to detangle your hair. Price will be adjusted for the time occupied.
8. Thicker and longer hair will be subject to additional costs due to additional products and time spent on client. Price will vary.
9. There are no refunds for DEPOSITS and/or any Completed Services
10. For Color Services you must book a consultation
11. Any photos taken will be used for posting online. If this is something you do not want. Please let me know verbally and pictures or videos will not be taken
12. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
