If you have symptoms of Corona Virus aka Covid-19 Please be considerate and cancel your appointment or don't book at all!

If you have been around someone that has tested positive for Covid 19 please DO NOT BOOK OR ATTEND SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT !!!! Please notify me ASAP!

1. Temperatures will be taken at the door, any temp that is not average/normal your appointment will be canceled.

2. Masks will be required for the duration of the appointment, if you do not have one you will be able to purchase one for $2.

When you arrive please text me at 314-690-8862 to let me know you have arrived. Stay in your car until I respond please!! ( I will more than likely respond at your appointment time)

3. No eating please, let’s keep our masks on to stay safe.

4. Masks are required during the entire appointment. If it comes off please put it back on!!!! Please wear your masks to cover your nose and mouth.

5. No extra GUEST are allowed!

6. ARRIVING SICK TO AN APPOINTMENT , YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL NOT ONLY BE CANCELED BUT YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM BOOKING APPOINTMENTS IN THE FUTURE

Late policy: If you arrive late (after your confirmed appointment time) your appointment will be cancelled.

No call no show: You will be banned from booking future appointments. I value the time of others so I will ask that in return.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENTS FOR CHILDREN. I START ACCEPTING CLIENTS THAT ARE HIGH SCHOOL AGE AND OLDER.

Children are not allowed, if you fail to acknowledge this policy your appointment cost will be doubled or cancelled.

If you arrive to your appointment with severely tangled hair there is an additional charge for me to detangle your hair. Please book this in your appointment. Price will be adjusted for the time occupied.

There are no refunds for DEPOSITS and/or any COMPLETED SERVICES

For Color Services you must book a consultation

Any photos taken will be used for posting online. If this is something you do not want. Please let me know verbally and pictures or videos will NOT BE TAKEN )

Please allow 24-48 for your appointment to be approved. Ci may reach out to you for clarification of appointment details
